Kevin Cocks

Managing Director

Started the business in 1991 with Mandy, since then have seen the business grow into the leading Floor Cleaning Equipment supplier in the SW. I still enjoy going out and meeting our customers and finding out how they are doing, especially over a coffee!

It’s always good being able to help people solve problems with their cleaning. In my spare time (when I get some) I try to spend it on the water sailing, for me it’s a great way to wind down and switch off, I try to race in Fowey every Wednesday evening in the summer, it’s just lovely.

Mandy Cocks

Finance Director

When Kevin & I started the business in 1991 we never imagined that CVS would become the successful business it is today with a great team working alongside us.

I enjoy sailing with Kev on our dinghy, taking part in races in beautiful Fowey and around St Austell bay. I love spending precious time with our two grandchildren which keeps me on my toes and fit. I also have a passion for cooking - with a glass of wine in hand of course!

Peter Allen

Operational Manager

I joined CVS 2012 and as my years with the company have grown so

have I. I now take on many aspects of the business, demoing machines, servicing and repairing of equipment, and customer relations.

When I’m not at working I have a wife and two children, Jack and Beatrice who keep me very busy. In my spare time I enjoy logging a few hours on my Xbox and cooking.

Rachel Gilbert

Accounts Manager

I joined the CVS team in May 2008, so I’m part of the furniture now!

I’m responsible for invoicing customers and managing the sales and purchase ledgers for CVS.



In my spare time I’m kept busy with our horses and small flock of pet sheep.

Paul Davey

Senior Engineer

I have been with CVS since August 2015, covering the South West from St Just to Torquay.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my two sons. When the weather is nice, I love riding my two motorbikes with friends and participating in organised charity rides for local causes.

Daniel Ashton-Smith

Service & Warehouse Manager

I joined CVS in April 2019, having over 20 years’ experience dealing with parts, service and warranty in the motor industry, I am enjoying bringing this experience to CVS and our customers.

In my spare time I am a keen restorer of VW vehicles and their parts, that's when I’m not trying to entertain my two young sons or being part of the local pub darts team.

Charley Penny

Service Engineer

I joined CVS in March 2022.  I trained as a mechanic at college, but most recently I have been working in hospitality.  I was keen to get back into engineering and am excited by this opportunity to learn and work with the CVS team.

I am a real petrol head and spend my weekends taking part in motor sport.

Michele Eyre

Customer Service Administrator

I joined CVS in March 2023 as a Customer Service Administrator in the service department. In this role, I handle a variety of tasks including booking machine servicing, managing customer inquiries, coordinating with the service team, and ensuring that all service requests are processed efficiently.

My goal is to provide excellent support and ensure customer satisfaction. When I'm not working, I love spending time with my family, diving into a good book, and going for walks
