The Tennant T12 Compact Battery Ride-On Floor Scrubber-Dryer brings heavy-duty cleaning power into a surprisingly manoeuvrable, compact machine designed for demanding environments. With a standard scrub path of 32 in (810 mm) — expanding to 41 in (1,040 mm) when equipped with the optional side brush — and dual brush heads (disk or cylindrical), the T12 delivers strong down-pressure (up to 114 kg on disk, 91 kg on cylindrical) to tackle stubborn soil effectively. Its robust 35-gal (132 L) solution tank and 44-gal (166 L) recovery tank, teamed with a high-lift vacuum fan (65 in / 1,650 mm water lift), ensure excellent pickup and extended run times — up to approx 4.5 hours depending on battery configuration.

Engineered for both performance and ease of use, the T12 features intuitive controls, a durable AC brushless propel motor, and tool-free brushes and squeegee changes to reduce downtime. Sound levels are kept low (≈ 62-63 dBA in Mode #2), helping maintain a quieter environment during operation. The machine is built to handle tough working conditions: transport speed up to 8 km/h, gradeability of up to 14.1% when loaded, and a compact body layout (≈ 1,710 × 945 mm) that still offers excellent visibility and comfort for the operator.
