The Tennant T20 is a rugged, high-capacity ride-on scrubber-dryer built for demanding industrial and large-facility applications where productivity, durability, and operator efficiency matter. With a choice of cylindrical (40 in / 1,020 mm) or disk (42 in / 1,070 mm) main scrub heads—and extendable when equipped with side brushes to cleaning paths up to 54-56 in (≈1,370-1,420 mm)—the T20 delivers expansive coverage using fewer passes. Under its robust design, cylindrical setups produce brush speeds of 480 rpm with down-pressure up to 425 lb (193 kg), while disk scrubbing operates at 230 rpm with up to 400 lb (181 kg) down-pressure, ensuring tough soil is aggressively removed on heavy duty floor types.

Equipped with sizeable tanks (80 gal / 303 L solution standard, extendable to 125 gal / 473 L with ES® Extended Scrubbing option; 95 gal / 360 L recovery; plus a 15 gal / 57 L demisting chamber) and an 11,000 rpm vacuum fan delivering 35 in / 890 mm water lift, the T20 balances superb water pickup, long run times between emptying, and powerful suction for clean, dry floors. Debris handling is enhanced with a tray on cylindrical models featuring ~1.1 ft³ (31 L) capacity and up to 110 lb (50 kg) weight capacity, streamlining cleanup of bulk debris.

Powered to handle industrial workloads, the T20 offers forward drive speeds up to 8.0 mph (≈12.9 km/h) and reversal at ≈ 3.0 mph (4.8 km/h). Its propulsion is available in multiple powertrain options—including gasoline, LPG, and diesel—each tuned for governed power levels (for example, ~40-42 kW in gasoline/LPG modes, ~18.5 kW in diesel). It can work on inclines up to ~8° (≈14 %) during scrubbing, and transport at full weight on steeper ~10° /18 %.

Built with operator and facility in mind, the T20 features excellent visibility with a cab-forward configuration, easy-access tanks for cleaning and maintenance, no-tool brush and squeegee changes, “one-step” scrub operation via the Touch-n-Go™ or Pro-Panel™ modules, and maintenance touchpoints highlighted in yellow for quick servicing. The frame incorporates a durable, impact-resistant wrap-around bumper, cushioned corner rollers to protect both machine and surroundings, and the Dura-Track™ parabolic squeegee with SmartRelease™ engineered to preserve pickup efficiency and reduce wear.

Measuring about 95 in (2,410 mm) in length, 50-58 in (1,270-1,473 mm) in width (depending on squeegee / side-brush attachments), and standing approximately 58-83.5 in (1,473-2,120 mm) high depending on whether overhead guard is fitted, the empty weight of the T20 is ~3,300 lb (1,497 kg). It offers a minimum aisle turning radius of 110 in (2,790 mm). Standard features include LED headlights, rear LED warning lights, back-up alerts, and other safety systems; optional extras include vacuum wand, spray hose, warning lights, overhead guards, and advanced solution delivery systems like ec-H2O™.
